Return & Exchange Policy
At JDT Custom Works, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, or engraved specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these items, our return policy differs between custom and non-custom products.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
We accept returns of non-custom, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@jdtcustomworks.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, engraved, printed, made-to-order, and custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Custom laser-engraved products
• UV-printed products
• Personalized tumblers
• Custom signs
• Custom license plates
• Products featuring customer-provided names, text, images, logos, or artwork
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@jdtcustomworks.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace, remake, or refund the item at our discretion.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with a custom order for any reason, please contact us. While custom items are generally non-returnable, we are committed to working with customers to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
If a refund is approved for an eligible return, it will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
